Germanes (Sisters, dir. Jordi Sanz Angrill) explores whether sharing blood really means to be a family.

After the death of their sister, Greta (Laia Marull, 3 Goya Awards) and Gemma (Gemma Brió) spend a day at the family rural farmhouse where Gina lived –and where the three of them had lived a large part of their childhood. Emptying the house will make them to revisit closed –but not healed– wounds from the past. Germanes is a tale of two people who no longer know how to love each other.
